ICR has opportunities available for an experienced and motivated Inventory Specialist.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to be responsible for managing and organizing our stockroom and warehouse material. Your responsibilities will include stocking materials, transferring material between multiple locations, picking material kits, and liaising with program teams and management.
The Inventory Specialist should be analytically minded and possess excellent attention to detail to identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and organization skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability and eagerness to jump into a dynamic, quick react environment.
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
- Experience working in a custom electronics manufacturing environment.
- Experience with FAR/DFAR material handling requirements.
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Distributing or stocking merchandise.
- Receive and inventory stock.
- Other various tasks as assigned.
